The Art of Leveraging Artificial Intelligence

Co-lecturer

In collaboration with Sandro Asatiani, founder of GeoLab in Tbilisi and co-author of The Art of Using AI, I began conducting workshops on Artificial Intelligence this year. Together, we have developed a format that connects cultural reflection, practical application, and creative experimentation.

This workshop is designed for professionals who seek a more nuanced understanding of Artificial Intelligence beyond its role as a conversational interface. We present AI as a strategic partner, a reflective thinking companion, and aversatile instrument for the design of more intelligent digital workflows. The program introduces the conceptual evolution of AI, explores its use as a personal assistant, and demonstrates its capacity to support the development of tailored tools without conventional coding. It concludes with a creative challenge in which participants are invited to conceptualize an integrated AI assistant for professional practice.

How to work with AI

While many workshops on Artificial Intelligence focus on technical code or abstract business strategy, The Art of Leveraging Artificial Intelligence offers a practical framework for students, creators, and future professionals who are not necessarily technically specialized. It is not a workshop about how AI works, but about how to work with AI.

So far, two workshops have taken place. The first, conducted by Sandro Asatiani and myself, was held in Graz at Helmut List Halle on 11 April as part of the GENERATE26 festival. The second, conducted by Lana Labadze and myself, took place in Tbilisi, Georgia, at the Design Institute on 25 April. Further workshops will follow.
